Ingredients of Paneer Butter Masala

  1. It's of onions- medium size.
  2. You need of tomatoes- medium size.
  3. It's of Salt.
  4. You need of Coriander powder-.
  5. It's of Turmeric powder-.
  6. You need of Red chilli powder.
  7. You need of Bayleaf, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and cardamom.
  8. It's of Oil.
  9. Prepare of Fresh cream.
  10. You need of Butter.
  11. It's of Paneer.
  12. You need of Green chilli.
  13. It's of Coriander leaves.
  14. You need of Cashew.
  15. Prepare of Garlic cloves.
  16. It's of Ginger.
  17. It's of Garam masala-.

Paneer Butter Masala step by step

  1. Heat oil in a pan and after the oil is heated, add bayleaf, cinnamon stick, black pepper, cloves and cardamom (2-3 pieces of each).
  2. Boil the onions and tomato and make a fine paste of onion with 5-6 pieces of garlic and second paste of tomato along with ginger.
  3. Now in the oil, add onion and garlic paste and cook until the paste is light brown.
  4. As it turns light brown add the spices- coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt as per taste...mix the ingredients well and add the tomato and ginger paste...
  5. Now cover and cook until oil is seperated from the gravy!! Meanwhile make a fine paste of cream and cashews (dip cashews in milk for 30 minutes..for super fine paste).
  6. Now add butter along with cream and cashew paste and mix well.
  7. Add chopped green chilli and coriander along with garam masala.
  8. Add fried paneer and cook for 5-10 minutes...serve with phulka or biryani😃 Garnish with cream, chillis and coriander.
