Ingredients of Paneer Butter Masala
- It's of onions- medium size.
- You need of tomatoes- medium size.
- It's of Salt.
- You need of Coriander powder-.
- It's of Turmeric powder-.
- You need of Red chilli powder.
- You need of Bayleaf, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and cardamom.
- It's of Oil.
- Prepare of Fresh cream.
- You need of Butter.
- It's of Paneer.
- You need of Green chilli.
- It's of Coriander leaves.
- You need of Cashew.
- Prepare of Garlic cloves.
- It's of Ginger.
- It's of Garam masala-.
Paneer Butter Masala step by step
- Heat oil in a pan and after the oil is heated, add bayleaf, cinnamon stick, black pepper, cloves and cardamom (2-3 pieces of each).
- Boil the onions and tomato and make a fine paste of onion with 5-6 pieces of garlic and second paste of tomato along with ginger.
- Now in the oil, add onion and garlic paste and cook until the paste is light brown.
- As it turns light brown add the spices- coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt as per taste...mix the ingredients well and add the tomato and ginger paste...
- Now cover and cook until oil is seperated from the gravy!! Meanwhile make a fine paste of cream and cashews (dip cashews in milk for 30 minutes..for super fine paste).
- Now add butter along with cream and cashew paste and mix well.
- Add chopped green chilli and coriander along with garam masala.
- Add fried paneer and cook for 5-10 minutes...serve with phulka or biryani😃 Garnish with cream, chillis and coriander.
