Shahi paneer masala step by step
- In a bowl add paneer pieces, some spices according to taste like red chilli, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder (these spices are not included in ingredients) and 1 tbsp water, mix it well and keep aside for 10 minutes. Then shallow fry paneer pieces in nonstick pan..
- For gravy fry onions in hot oil untill it turns golden brown in colour. Then grind it to make smooth paste..
- In a pan add butter and ghee, add all khada masala, onion paste, chilli paste and ginger garlic paste. After 2 minutes add tomato paste and dry spices (except garam masala) and mix it well..
- Then add fresh cream and water (as needed). After 1 min add paneer pieces and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame..
- Then add garam masala, coriander leaves and fresh cream. Serve it hot..
