- You need of Paneer Cubes -.
- Prepare of Butter.
- You need of Oil.
- You need of Bay Leaves.
- You need of Cloves.
- Prepare of Black Cardamom.
- You need of Onion paste -.
- Prepare of Ginger Garlic Paste -.
- Prepare of Dry Fenugreek leaves -.
- You need of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare of Salt -.
- You need of Tomato Puree.
- Prepare of Kashmiri Red chilli powder.
- It's of Garam Masala.
- You need of Fresh Cream.
- You need of Water.
Paneer Butter Masala instructions
- Melt 4 tbsp butter in and oil in a pan. Add bay leaves, cloves, black cardamom and fry for 10-15 seconds..
- Add onion and saute for 5 mins..
- Add ginger-garlic paste, dry fenugreek leaves, and turmeric powders and saute for some seconds till the raw aroma disappears..
- Saute for 1 minute..
- Add salt and tomato puree. Cook covered for 3-4 mins..
- Add Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder and 1/4 cup cream..
- Stir and mix well for 2 minutes..
- Add paneer cubes and mix well. Cook covered on low heat for 2-3 minutes..
- Add 2 tbsp cream, water, 2 tbsp butter and water..
- Mix well and cook covered till oil leaves the sides..
- Garnished with coriander leaves..
- Served with hot plain naan,garlic naan, paratha, plain rice, jeera rice or even peas pulav..
