- Take oil or butter in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and bay leaf to it. Saute it..
- Then add roughly chopped onions. And let them fry till cooked..
- As they get cooked, add chopped tomatoes. And let these get completely cooked. Till the oil separates..
- Now add all the spices as mentioned above. And cook for a while..
- Now transfer this mixture into a blender and grind to a fine paste like this..
- Transfer this into the pan again and add water to adjust the consistency of the gravy. And add tofu to this gravy..
- Cover and let it cook for 5-8 minutes..
- Garnish with some crushed kasturi methi. And it's ready to be served! Enjoy with your choice of bread!😊.
