- It's of paneer.
- You need of onion.
- You need of garlic.
- Prepare of green chilli.
- You need of tomato paste.
- It's of fresh cream.
- You need of milk.
- It's of kaju paste.
- Prepare of garam masala.
- It's of coriander powder.
- Prepare of red chilli powder.
- It's of turmric powder.
- Prepare of Salt.
- Prepare of butter or oil.
- You need of Coriander.
- It's of red orange colour.
- You need of sugar.
Paneer Butter Masala instructions
- Take a mixer jar put onion,garlic and green chilli.
- Make paste.
- Take a pan heat butter.
- Add onion paste.
- Saute it till pink.
- Add all masala.
- Mix well till oil comes out.
- Add tomato paste.
- Mix well.
- Add kaju paste.
- Then add fresh cream and mix.
- Combine well.
- Add red colour and sugar.
- Put paneer piece in the greavy.
- Close with the lid for 5 min.
- When oil comes out close the gas.
- Garnish with grated paneer and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with butter nan.
