- Marinate the onions, tomato and capsicum with curd, haldi, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala, tandoori masala, pepper powder and some salt. Shallow fry the paneer in some butter in a non stick pan and set aside. In the same pan add the marinated vegetables and fry on high flame and set aside..
- Heat butter in a vessel. Add the crushed ginger and green chillies. Saute for a few minutes. Then add the tomato puree, tomato ketchup, salt, kasuri methi and salt. Cook for a few minutes till the raw smell of the tomatoes goes away. Now add the fried vegetables along with it's masala. Add paneer and mix everything well..
