- It's of Batter.
- You need 2 of packs gratted cassava.
- It's 1 can of coconut milk.
- You need 1/2 can of evaporated milk.
- Prepare 2 of pcs raw eggs.
- It's 1/4 cup of butter, melted.
- It's 6 tbsp of chesse, grated.
- It's 1/2 cup of condense milk.
- You need 14 tbsp of sugar.
- You need of Toppings.
- You need 1 can of coconut milk.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of sugar.
- It's 1/2 cup of condense milk.
- You need 2 tbsp of flour.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of chesse, grated.
- Prepare 1 piece of raw egg.
Cassava Cake step by step
- Combine the grated cassava, butter, condense milk, evap milk, chesse, sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly..
- Add the coconut milk in the mixing bowl where the mix ingredients are. Mix again..
- Grease the baking tray then pour in the batter (ingredients that has just been mix).
- Pre-heat oven for 180°F celcius for 10min then put in the baking tray with batter and bake for 1hr. Remove from oven and set aside.
- Meanwhile preparevthe toppings by combining the sugar and flour and put in a heated saucepan..
- Pour in the condense milk then mix thoroughly..
- Add the chesse while stirring constantly..
- Pour the coconut milk and stir constantly for 10mins..
- Pour the topping over the cassava cake and spread evenly..
- Seperate the yolk from the egg white and glaze the topping with the egg white..
- Put the cassava cake again in the oven untill colors turn light brown..
- Garnish with grated chesse and serve..
