- You need of Paneer.
- It's of Onion.
- You need of Tomato.
- It's of Cashewnut.
- You need of Cardamon.
- You need of Ginger garlic paste.
- You need of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare of Garam masala.
- Prepare of Sugar.
- You need of Kasoori methi.
- Prepare of Butter.
- Prepare of Fresh cream.

Paneer Butter Masala step by step
- Cut paneer into small cubes..
- In a mixer jar add roughly chopped onion,roughly chopped tomatoes, cashewnuts,cardamom and make fine paste..
- In a pan add butter and fine paste..
- Saute it well..
- Saute until ghee separate..
- Add red chilli powder,garam masala,sugar and kasoori methi,salt,and saute it again..
- Add 2 cups of warm water..
- Add paneer cubes and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame..
- Finally add cream and serve hot with nan.....
