- It's of Wheat flour.
- It's of Boiled chole puree.
- Prepare of Salt.
- You need of Black pepper powder- for dough and a pinch for stuffing.
- You need of ajwain.
- You need of Paneer (mashed).
- You need of Pickle masala.
- Prepare of Finely chopped onion.
- Prepare of Olive oil to knead the dough.
- You need of Water to knead a soft dough.

- Knead the dough with chole puree..
- Add dry masalas with olive oil and water and knead a soft dough.
- Now make stuffing of paneer,pickle masala,onion,salt and black pepper powder and ajwain and mix well..
- Take a ball from the dough and slightly roll it with rolling pin..
- Now fill the stuffing in it and fold with hands and seal it..
- Now again roll it with rolling pin..
- Now roast it with desi ghee from both the sides on a non stick tawa..
- Now cut it in triangles and serve hot with homemade tomato chutney,veggies,raita or tea..
