- Dry roast oats in microwave.. for 2 mins on quick mode.Parboiled green peas and carrots pieces..
- In non stick pan add heat oil do tempering of urad dal, mustard and Cummin seeds,add curry leaves and turmeric powder.. saute for few seconds.Add capsicum pieces and saute for few minutes...add parboiled peas and carrots pieces..saute...for one minute..
- Add roasted oats..mix and saute for 2 mins..
- Add 21)2 glasses of water and cook for 4-5 mins..
- Serve hot with wheat- jeera khakras & 1 cup ripe papaya..
