Tangy Butter Paneer Masala step by step
- Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add bay leaf, after it becomes fragrant add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw aroma dissapears..
- Add tomato puree and stir well for about 10 mins until it starts realeasing oil. Add red chilly power& stir again..
- To the above add cashew paste & water and allow it to cook for 2-3 mins,.
- Now add chopped ginger, green chillies, salt & sugar and shimmer tills the curry becomes to thicken..
- Add paneer cubes and cook it for 2-3 mins till it becomes soft..
- Add garam masala & kasuri methi, stir and leave it for 2-3 mins..
- Garnish it with coriander leafs..
