- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Mix wet ingredients together.
- Make a whole in dry ingredients, and pour in wet ingredients.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined - about 15 times. Ensure it's still lumpy.
- Preheat oven to gas mark 6.
- Put mixture into muffin cases.
- Put muffin in oven for 15 minutes a tray (don't put both trays in at once, the bottom try won't rise well).
- Muffins are done when theygolden brown, and no batter comes out when you put a fork into a muffin.
