- Cut paneer in square pieces and put all ingredients near to the cooking side, heat the pan put little oil to the pan add garlic,then onion pieces,saute for two minutes then add the tomatoes,saute it,add crushed ginger then add the cashewnut saute for more few minutes then add the half cup of water boil then switch off the flame and keep aside. when the masala becomes cool blend it like a puree and keep aside..
- Now heat another pan put oil as required,add bay leaves saute,add jeera then garam masala sauteed,add masala puree to the pan add the termaric powder,then black pepper powder and little red chilli powder give it a well mix and saute until the oil evaporates from the gravy,.
- Add jeera dhania powder mix well,add garam masala powder mix again and saute for few minutes,.
- Now add the paneer pieces and saute more minutes,add fenugreek leaves mix and the gravy becomes thickened,add chopped coriander leaves mix well add grated khoya mix again it gives a good taste to the paneer masala,last of all add ghee to the gravy and mix and that's all..
