- Prepare of any Bread.
- You need of boiled potatoes.
- Prepare of green chillies.
- It's of cheese cube.
- It's of grated paneer.
- It's of black pepper powder.
- Prepare of red chilli powder.
- It's of chaat masala powder.
- Prepare of turmeric powder.
- Prepare of Butter or ghee.
- You need of Salt.
- Prepare of Coriander leaves.

- Take a big bowl add boiled mashed patotoes and grated paneer together then add chopped green chilli mix properly..
- Add all dry spices like red chilli powder,turmeric powder,black pepper powder,chaat masala powder & salt mix all properly..
- Now add chopped corrainder leaves mix all ingredients well stuffing is ready for masala sandwiches..
- Take all bread slices apply ghee or butter on both the sides then spread stuffing on 1 bread and cover another bread press gently..
- In a sandwich maker put masala bread for few minutes cooked till golden colour for both the sides..
- Use non stick pan also if not having sandwich maker..
- After grilled spread some grated cheese over top on sandwiches and some black pepper then serve..
